Dr. Lopa Shah, DDS
With more than three decades of experience, Dr. Lopa Shah is known for combining exceptional clinical expertise with a warm, compassionate approach to dentistry. She earned her Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) and her Master’s degree in Oral Pathology from the prestigious Government Dental College and Hospital in Mumbai, India. After moving to the United States, she received her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in California in 2000. Today, she is one of the few general dentists in the Bay Area with advanced training in oral pathology, bringing a unique depth of knowledge that enhances every aspect of her care.
Patients often describe Dr. Shah as calm, gentle, and reassuring—qualities that have helped countless individuals overcome dental anxiety and feel truly at ease. She believes that exceptional dentistry begins with listening, educating, and building lasting relationships founded on trust. Whether providing preventive care or comprehensive treatment, Dr. Shah is dedicated to helping each patient achieve lasting oral health and a confident, beautiful smile. Having called the Bay Area home for more than 20 years, Dr. Shah is proud to serve the community she loves. She is especially grateful to practice alongside her daughter, Dr. Eva Masrani, continuing a family tradition of personalized, relationship-centered dentistry while caring for generations of Bay Area families. Outside the office, Dr. Shah enjoys cooking, exploring the outdoors through hiking, and spending meaningful time with her family.

Dr. Eva Masrani is excited to join her family’s practice and continue its tradition of providing exceptional, compassionate dental care to the Bay Area community. As a second-generation dentist, she is honored to build upon a legacy of personalized, relationship-centered dentistry while bringing advanced clinical training and a modern perspective to patient care.
Dr. Masrani earned her Bachelor’s degree in Physiology and Neuroscience from the University of California, San Diego, before graduating magna cum laude with her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Maryland School of Dentistry. She went on to complete a General Practice Residency at the VA Palo Alto Health Care System in partnership with Stanford University, where she received advanced training in implant dentistry, TMJ disorders and orofacial pain, periodontics, and endodontics.
Known for her gentle demeanor and meticulous attention to detail, Dr. Masrani believes that exceptional dentistry begins with trust, education, and genuine connection. She is passionate about empowering patients with the knowledge and tools to feel confident in their oral health while restoring both the function and beauty of every smile. Her thoughtful, patient-centered approach ensures that each individual feels comfortable, informed, and cared for every step of the way.
Outside the office, Dr. Masrani enjoys cooking and experimenting with her new coffee machine, traveling, and getting lost in a good book. She looks forward to building lasting relationships with patients and caring for generations of Bay Area families with the same warmth and dedication that have long been the foundation of the practice.
